I work online via a link. which I will send to you prior to your session for Google meet. Whatsapp is also available if this is preferred. This is undertaken in a confidential setting and from the comfort of your own home.

After my first speaking with you, whereby I can briefly outline how I work and to ensure we are both happy I can help you, I will forward my contract & privacy statement for you to agree and understand.

I will then book your initial first consultation.

This will be 1 hour  £30

&

sessions thereafter  £45 

Each session being approx 1 hour in duration.

For New Year  2026-

I am offering reduced rates from April 1st -June 1st 

£20 initial consultation

£35 each subsequent session with a maximum of 3

​

My hours:-

Monday 2.30-5

Wednesday 10-4

Friday 2-4.30
