I'm Lysa and 

I am by nature an empathetic person and I have navigated difficult times and lifes ups & downs. 

Therefore I understand the importance of being understood without judgement.

I offer a person centred approach, in a safe space, for you to go at your own pace and be listened to in a non-judgemental way.

My aim being to support and understand your thoughts and feelings, so you can find the way forward to feel more balanced.

I'm here to help you with life's challenges that may give cause to :-

anxiety, emotional issues, in times of loss and grief  & dealing with life's challenges.

If you should decide you would like to book sessions with me, I will forward my contract & privacy statement to you, prior to your first consultation.

Once you have read and understood this we can commence with your initial consultation.

I am registered with the ICO.

Fees- £30 first session

       

 & £45 thereafter for subsequent sessions

Level 3 Diploma & Advanced Level 4 Diploma
